How do I find the salon?
#Hairwizards Salon is located at 418 Main St in Pittsfield, Maine. As you pull up to the building you see a green "Kickboxing" sign... you are in the right place!! Pull into the driveway, continue down the RIGHT-hand side of the building & the salon will be halfway down. There is plenty of parking right in front of the salon.
What products do you carry?
At #Hairwizards Salon we believe less is more & clean is best. Maria Nila is our major color and product brand. This line is 100% vegan, has gluten free options, its environmentally conscious & the color is ammonia free.
We also carry Agadir, a clean Argan Oil based product line suitable for all hair types.
What should I do with my hair before my appointment?
It's always recommended to show up to your appointment with clean/ 1 day washed hair.
For haircuts: This allows us to see how your hair falls naturally before cutting & yes, we will still wash your hair before you receive a service.
For color: Gone are the days of "dirty hair for color." Thanks to science & technology our color formulas are Ammonia Free and extremely gentle, allowing us to get the best color results on clean hair.
Why does it ask for a credit card when I'm booking my appointment?
All clients new & current are required to a credit card on file to book appointments at #Hairwizards. The booking system is completely safe, no one has access to your CC info & you will not be charged for anything before you get to the salon.
The card on file is used strictly for our cancellation policy.
*Any appointments cancelled within 24hrs will be charged 100% of services booked.
*The full cancellation policy can be found in your booking email & on the booking site.
Why can't I book a specific day & time?
If you are having trouble booking a specific time & date this could be because that space is already booked by another client. The dates available for booking will be illuminated on the booking calendar.
If you are still having trouble finding a spot... you can always join the wait-list. That button can be found just below the booking calendar, please make sure you add the best days and times for your schedule in the notes section.
